We build web software teams don't work around
Kuwado Systems designs, ships and maintains web products end to end — and wires AI and automation into the parts of your process that still run on copy-paste.
From an empty repo to production: architecture, UI, API, deploys, on-call.
Four blades, one edge
Every engagement is one of four. We say no to the rest instead of learning it on your budget.
A web product from empty repo to production: architecture, UI, API, deploys, on-call. Next.js by default, but React, Angular or whatever your team already runs — including older versions we have to keep alive.
LLM features inside your product, and automation around it: routing, extraction, drafting, reporting. Built on your data, with a human check where it matters.
Admin panels, trackers, dashboards, back-office. The software a company runs on when no SaaS fits its process.
Design systems and component libraries that survive contact with a real backlog — documented, typed, shipped with the product.
We have defaults, not religion. If your team already runs something, we work in it instead of arguing for a migration.
The routine work should run itself
We work with AI tooling daily — in our own delivery and in what we ship. Not a chatbot bolted onto a landing page: a step of your process that used to take a person an hour and now takes a request.
Invoices, contracts, tickets, mail: extracted, classified, pushed into your system with a review queue for the unclear ones.
Search and drafting over your own knowledge base — with sources shown, so an answer can be checked instead of trusted.
CRM, billing, mail, repos, spreadsheets — connected once, with alerts when something fails instead of silence.
Python scripts and scheduled jobs: imports, exports, scraping, data cleanup, monthly reports. Small pieces, logged and re-runnable, that quietly remove hours from someone's week.
Shipped, hosted and watched
Writing the code is half the job. The other half is where it runs, how it deploys, and how you find out something broke before your users do.
We build Cloudflare-first: Workers and Pages at the edge, R2 and D1 for storage, KV and Queues for glue, WAF, Zero Trust and Tunnels for access. Fewer servers to patch, and a CDN in front of everything by default.
CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containers, backups and rollbacks — set up once, documented, yours. Deployable on whichever hosting you prefer, or moved between them without a rewrite.
One codebase, both stores. React Native or Ionic/Capacitor over the same TypeScript your web app uses — native modules where a feature genuinely needs them, store releases handled by us.
Corporate sites, blogs and landing pages on WordPress: custom themes, editor blocks your marketing team can actually use, plus updates, backups and security as a monthly routine.
A Grafana stack from day one: Loki for logs, Prometheus for metrics, Tempo for traces, OpenTelemetry as the wiring, Sentry for errors. Dashboards you can read and alerts that name the cause.
Health checks, status pages and on-call rules — Uptime Kuma or Grafana alerting into your chat. If something falls over at 3am, the alert says what and where, not just that a ping failed.
A tool is judged by the work it does
Kuwado means the hoe — the plainest tool there is. We keep the studio the same way: short chains, small releases, and a running build you can open every week.
Two days of reading your process, one page of what we are not building.
Real data, real screens, deployed. Clickable — not a slide deck about it.
Every Friday something is in production and something is off the list.
Docs, runbook, and a team that can take it over. We stay only if it's cheaper for you.
Tell us what's broken. We'll tell you if we're the right tool
One reply from an engineer within a day — scope, rough estimate, and an honest no if it isn't ours.
